This is a 7 day trial for a personal service, not a class.

We limit the session to 6 persons only to allow the instructor to spend the time with you if the technique isn't quite right.

Good form reduces the risk of injury and makes sure you are getting the most from your exercise.

Creating routine in your life and making yourself accountable

to yourself will encourage you to be the best you can be.
